Please Read our booking policies carefully before inquiring for a date.

When inquiring about our makeup / hair services, please include the following info in order to get a faster response and a precise quote:

•Type of event
•Event Date
•Number of services required (makeup or hair)
•Getting ready location
•Time needed to be ready

Booking policies

•To book a date, a minimum of 4 people are required for hair and makeup, including the Bride/XV girl.
•After receiving a quote, a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to secure your date/time, to be sent back the same day. The retainer will be deducted from the final balance on the wedding day.
•All rates are final and non-negotiable and are subject to change; only contractual rates are guaranteed.
•A 20% gratuity fee is automatically added for all booked bridal, XV, and onsite services.
•Final payment, including any additional fees, is due one week prior to the wedding.
•Cancellations must be made 35 days before your service date or you will owe 100% of the remaining balance.
•Once the deposit is made, your spot is reserved, and we will issue a contract with all details.
•Clients must be ready by the time we finish setting up our kits.
•Skin must be clean, especially around the eyes; moisturizer is allowed.
•Hair must be clean and completely dry; blow-dry straight if naturally curly (unless using natural texture).
•Damp hair may result in losing your appointment or incur a late fee for excessive drying time (blow-outs are not offered).

Extra Fees ( if applicable)

•Travel fee & mileage: $1.50 per mile round trip from the studio to your getting ready address, applicable to each extra artist onsite. Minimum of $85 for same county/city areas.
•Locations over 2 hours require an overnight hotel accommodation; we’re based in Salinas, CA.
•20% gratuity fee will be added for all booked bridal and XV services.
•Early call fee: A $50 fee applies for appointments starting at 7:30 am or earlier on weekends and 9 am or earlier on weekdays (including driving time).
•Delay/Overtime fee: $50 for every 15 minutes of delay if a client is late. NO EXCEPTIONS.
•Re-location Fee: $50 if moving between locations on the same date, including different rooms at the same hotel. Travel fee applies.
•Clip-ins hair extensions fee: $0 for placement. Clients must provide 100% human hair extensions.
•Parking fees: Any parking, valet, or toll fees are the client’s responsibility. If no parking is available near a hotel entrance, valet will be added to the room charge. Please ensure parking is available at your home entrance as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking is a reserved spot, and security deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, applicable only for the booked date, time, and location as per the contract. Cancellations must occur 35 days before your service date; otherwise, you are liable for 100% of the remaining balance, contract signed or not. If the artist is unavailable for any reason, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, and a recommended artist will be provided.
