Booking policies
•A $50 non-refundable retainer is required in order to start the booking process.
•To book a date, a minimum of 4 people are required for hair and makeup, including the Bride/XV girl. (Exceptions may apply.)
•A non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date and must be received within 7 days of receiving the retainer.
•Cancellations must be made 35 days before your service date or you will owe 100% of the remaining balance.
•Skin must be clean, especially around the eyes; moisturizer is allowed.
•Hair must be clean and completely dry; blow-dry straight if naturally curly (unless using natural texture).
•Damp hair may result in losing your appointment or incur a late fee for excessive drying time (blow-outs are not offered).
Extra Fees ( if applicable)
•Travel fee & mileage: starting at $85
•Locations over 2 hours require an overnight hotel accommodation; we’re based in Salinas, CA.
•Early call fee: A $75 fee applies for appointments starting at 8:00 am or earlier (including driving time).
•Delay/Overtime fee: $50 for every 15 minutes of delay if a client is late. NO EXCEPTIONS.
•Re-location Fee: $50 if moving between locations on the same date, including different rooms at the same hotel. Travel fee applies.
•Clip-ins hair extensions fee: $50 for placement. Clients must provide 100% human hair extensions.
•Parking fees: Any parking, valet, or toll fees are the client’s responsibility. If no parking is available near a hotel entrance, valet will be added to the room charge. Please ensure parking is available at your home entrance as well.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your booking is a reserved spot, and security deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, applicable only for the booked date, time, and location as per the contract. Cancellations must occur 35 days before your service date; otherwise, you are liable for 100% of the remaining balance, contract signed or not. If the artist is unavailable for any reason, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, and a recommended artist will be provided.
